SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS

Try your swim shorts on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return (at your own cost). Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Sun Kulture product garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sunkulture.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

PACKAGING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Packaging

 

We use100% recycled, 70% post-consumer waste paperboard for our apparel mailers, and the pouches are made of jute burlap.

Shipping 

We value our customers and want to make purchasing and delivery as transparent as possible.

Express and Standard International Shipping: charges will be calculated based on shipping location.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times may vary and extend due to COVID regulations in Aruba and in your country. Please allow extra time for delivery as we cannot control this.

All our items are shipped from Aruba within 3-4 working days. 

  • Domestic orders. Delivered within 3-4 business days. Delivery Days 

  • Standard International orders. Delivered within 7-10 business days.

  • Express International Shipping. Delivered within 5-6 business days.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to the delivery company's website.

For Local Aruba deliveries, we will contact you directly by e-mail.
